Releasing To Invest, My Path To A Better 2026// LOH Contest #271.

Two days seems like two years for me since I logged into Hive Blockchain but am back now it's more like I took a two days break from online work to face the physical hard labour, so in respect to that I greet you all for holding it up for me 😁, and for today I would be discussing on the first contest topic which is all about a better year 2026.

The year has just began and nothing much is yet to be said but after alot of thinking I think I have found one thing I released for a better year, before last year ended I had already started doing calculations and estimate of what and what I will need before I resume school, as I made my list the item wasn't much but the total was heavy so after back and forth I had to let go of some things not because God didn't eventually provide the money for those things but because I had to consider some other things.

I wasn't the only one resuming school though we are all hustling for ourselves but as provisions came in for only me I couldn't greedily take them to sort out myself alone when my other siblings were struggling and it wouldn't give me joy to see that they lacked alot before going back to school so that was when my releasing and sacrifice had to come in.

I initially wanted to make my hair because during the festive periods I was saving up for school so I wasn't opportune to make the hair, then I thought to myself that when I would resume I will make a very fine hair with attachments that will last me more than a month in school, fast forward to this year when the money finally landed in my hands it was then it dawned on me that I wasn't just my responsibility alone, so I had to sacrifice not just my plaiting of hair which would have cost me not less than #15,000 but also I had to share some of the food items I got with them.

Looking at it now I think I have released my too unnecessary expenditure to save up for this year's investment because one thing I would love to do this year is to invest even as a student so I can have something to my name that at the end of the year I can say I achieved this and I achieved that, honestly monitoring your expenditure and spending wisely may look like a cage from afar but coming closer its like a heavy burden exchanged for a lighter one, so my solid advice to you all is to invest this year no matter how little.
