The surpriseing freedom of saying No

Today my life looks radically different I have time for early morning yoga or jorgin or creative projects that delight me for uninterrupted conversations with loved ones. The constant overwhelm has been replaced by intentional spaciousness as I still say yes but only to what aligns with my values and capacity.

As I practiced saying No something remarkable happened as the world didn't end the way I thought it would end and my Friends didn't abandon me My career didn't collapse Instead, I discovered a Renewed energy for the projects and people I truly cared about with Deeper respect from colleagues who now valued my focused contributions with increased creativity as mental space opened up
Stronger relationships that is built on authenticity rather than obligation.

That empty cup that once left me crying in my car in those days, it runneth over not with obligations but with meaningful engagement and genuine presence And that's something worth saying yes to.
