Finding 'Ohana is a Netflix family adventures movie, the setting of this adventurous movie was in Hawaii, New York and Brooklyn.
The movie was written by Christina Strain and directed by Jude Weng.
The cast include, kid stars like; Kea Peahu, Owen Vaccaro ,Lindsay Watson and Alex Aiono.

Finding 'Ohana is a movie full of adventures, adventurous journey, and also depicts a very delightful and joyful sense of purpose, family connection and pure friendship.
The movie also have a beautiful virtual and beautiful pictures of nature.

SYNOPSIS / REVIEW.

Finding 'Ohana is a story of two kids raised in New York, Brooklyn , they had to visit Hawaii, their ancestral home/lineage to stay with their grand father who was sick and was having some financially issues , it lead to them reconnecting with their ancestral heritage. The two kids Pili and Loane went with their mother to Hawaii .

During their stay in Hawaii, Pili found an interesting journal in her grand fathers truck , that was documented by a Peruvian named Monk. In the journal there was a legendary story about two men names, Robinson and Brown , also there was a map/lead to the treasure in Hawaii , that led her into a different quest, which was a quest/search for treasure in Hawaii. This story made her curious, even after she got a warning from her grandfather.

Pili and Loane made new friends at Hawaii, named Casper and Hana , they are strong natives, who had strong knowledge and foundation about Hawaii culture, language and tradition. With the help of Casper and a dictionary, she was able to translate the journal.

When her grandfather found her with the journal he wasn't happy, but decided to take the child to the island to explore the beauty of the Island.
Told her the treasure never existed and the book was found by their forefathers . During their stay at the island, Kimo feel and broke his waist and was rushed to the hospital.

This gave Pili and Casper, the opportunity to go and search for the treasure in the island , this was the beginning of the adventurous journey.
So Pili believes that finding the treasure would provide money for her grand fathers health and mortgage bill, so she lured Casper , who was also a curious child.
Loane and Hana joined the quest while looking for Pili and Casper.

Pili and Casper followed the lead on the journal, which first lead them to a cave with human skeletons and stones, while stucked there, Loane and Hana was trying to rescue them but got stucked in the cage too.
They had to look for a way out and also find the treasure in this cave, since they were already in.

During their journey, they had to crawl in a tunnel called "THE JAWS OF DEATH" as written in the journal, but while crawling Loane was bitten by a wolve spider and that lead to him touching a wood in the tunnel, which lead to a fall of stones and they lost their journal.

They continued their adventurous journey, this time they got to the bridge of fire "DEATH TRAP".
It was a great height, beneath the bridge was fire and lightening. They tested the bridge with a stick and it fell off instantly, the only option they had was to walk through the rocks and that was a scary experience for Hana who had phobia for height, she was able to cross with the help of Loane who held her hand and sang until they crossed.
Loane had a big sore, as a result of the spider bite, which was poisonous, but he only told Casper and endured the pain.

They arrived at a pool and realized there was a tunnel beneath the pool of freshwater, they swimmed beneath the water, Pili was able to cross with the help of Leone, who backed her.

Finally, they got to the end point of tunnel, now they have to discover the treasure in a spring, full of mountains , ropes and water.
Casper and Pili had to figure it out , by remembering what they read in the journal, they realized they had to pull a rope together, they all did and finally they found the treasure in a hidden cave , after all the obstacles.

They found so many treasures, jewelries, coins and valuable items , during their celebration they realized, it was a sacred tomb and they can't take anything from the tomb, because it will wake the night watchers. Just then they realized the night watchers were approaching already, they had to run out of the cave, with the help of Caspers knowledge they entered the water through the ropes, swimmed out of a big water but the night watchers came after them .
They weren't killed or harmed by the night watchers, because it was their ancestral home, they got to see their dad who was dead , and it was a priceless moment for them and their mother who came looking for them when she tracked their location to the cave .

At the end they decided to stay back at Hawaii with their grand father, Loane and Hana started their live journey and everyone stayed happily at the beautiful city of Hawaii.

Finding 'Ohana, is an interesting adventurous movie , the movie also have a beautiful virtual and beautiful pictures of nature. and I would recommend it for kids, families and friends. I did rate it a 10/10.

• Finding 'Ohana, is one of the best movies that explores adventure and adventurous journey, and this can be seen in the summary and reviews given about the movie in this post. The journey, the places , the risk and the plot is full of adventures. Amazing , thrilling and interesting adventures.

• What stood out about this adventure was the courage and strength , this teenagers had, especially Pili. They were too courageous and bold to go on a journey in search of treasures, , they went through alot of scary obstacles, saw human skeletons, fire, poisonous spiders, some sea creatures and still had the courage to go further.
  Also the love they shared, looking out for each other until the end of the journey.

• The part of this movie I find very interesting and emotional was the last part, where they met their dad's spirit, that's because Pili has said she doesn't have memories of dad, because he died when she was a baby. Every part of this movie was interesting, but this part really got to me.

• I would like to go for an adventurous journey, it will definitely be exciting, but not a deadly adventure, I would prefer to go for an exciting and all fun adventure.
  The adventure in Finding 'Ohana, is a scary one and not an adventure I would like to experience.
