Hello and welcome to the 49TH edition of Cine TV Community Spotlight. The Cine TV Spotlight Series has begun in a bid to boost engagement and interaction in the community and showcase the work of deserving authors.
And it’s all simple. Every week, we spotlight works by authors based on the content, originality, style, and word count. It is not a contest, but just our way of creating exposure for the works we enjoyed throughout the week and boosting exceptionally written content by our authors. Simply put, give it your best and have fun while at it, and then we showcase your work here.
So, in no particular order, here are the authors spotlighted for this week:

Title: Thunderbolts
All these Marvel movies that don't say much about old heroes always feel some type of way. Like how is it possible all those guys are just nowhere to be found when huge events are happening and now it's the little guys that have to take care of it. That's kinda too convenient. I understand they have to be away but we'd need more explanation about what is keeping them away. In Thunderbolts for example, we all know that Bucky is great friends with the new Captain America (Formerly known as Falcon), and Bucky needed all the help he could get to stop de Fontaine...

Title: After School
The movie is about a rich man's daughter named Joan, who is a bully. They have a maid, and the maid also has a daughter named Mimi. The maid and her daughter Mimi live with them, and they are nice to them; they even sponsor Mimi's education. But Joan hates Mimi because her mother always compares her to Mimi, saying that Mimi is beautiful, intelligent, slim, and always gets awards, while her daughter has never gotten any. This makes Joan cry a lot, and because of that, she treats Mimi badly. In school, she is also a bully and has a crush on a boy named Alex.

Title: The Wives
I started the YouTube series last week, and with seven episodes so far, I can't just wait to see where this story goes. What caught my attention right from the start was the dynamic of their stories. The actors who put in all their best to interpret their roles. And the overall production is so on point. The Wives is a Nigerian YouTube series, one that explores the relationships of some Christian faith couples. The dynamic of their characters, their marriages, flaws, infidelity, toxicity, and everything in between. This series teaches many valuable lessons that we all can relate to in our world today.

Title: Mountainhead: The Spiritual Successor of Succession
However, this never deprived the project of its heart, introducing us to a host of characters we could empathize with and connect with, even though they appeared to inhabit a very different reality than our own. "Mountainhead" is a project that takes a very similar starting point, and in thematic and audiovisual terms, it even dares to repeat several of the same notes (for example, Nicholas Britell is once again in charge of the musical pieces that accompany us). Unfortunately, while the relentless pace of Armstrong's script and direction is still present, making it virtually impossible to be bored with the final result...

Title: The Six Triple Eight
The drama is extremely emotional and thought provoking, as a lady watching this movie made realized that I can achieve more as a woman, it's an inspirational movie and also teaches about sisterhood and solidarity. The chaotic conflict in world war ll, led to accumulation of mails written by soldier to their families, loved ones and partners, which lead to fear and concerns from love ones who were eager to hear from them. It also affected the soldiers who were losing their morale because they needed response from their families

Title: Sweeney Tood: Social Revenge
Like almost all stories that abound in the theme of revenge, there is an apparent, almost direct and personal truth. However, there are also motivations, of a more sordid type, that find a channel in the hands of that kind of "justice." I am almost convinced that this was one of the premises of the always great Tim Burton to bring the mythical events of Fleet Street to the big screen. Burton is, I believe, the filmmaker with the creative universe and the most exuberant poetic imagination in the cinematographic world in the last 30 years.

Title: Drisham
I am always happy whenever I watch captivating movies. I don't care much about the genres or where it’s acted… So far, it makes sense. I am watching it. I have channeled more of my interest into movies based on true-life stories. This is because I have the opportunity to pick up one or two details from the film. I have once been a fan of Bollywood. Though I might strive to understand what the movie is all about in the first hour or 30 minutes of the film. Especially with those that have intermissions. It's always difficult to switch. If I am not struggling with intermissions, then I am struggling with fast forwarding the dance sessions.

Title: The Originals
The character Klaus, an original, returns after long years of being away to reclaim the city he built and seeing the one he calls son “Marcel” as the leader. In order not to break their bond Klaus with his cunny attitude tries to take away the city from him, more drama from both the witches and the werewolves spring up. Will the werewolf and vampire ever live peacefully together? What about the people who can control the world with spells? Family secrets, duty and responsibility, love and lust, pain and misery.
