This looks so yummy! I've never heard of skyr, but hope I can find a good substitute here, perhaps Greek-style yoghurt. Your pics are great and make this look delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe! 😋

Glad you mentioned it, I was really wondering if skyr is available everywhere like that... and was thinking about what you could use as an alternative and would describe it as a mix of yoghurt and low fat curd.
I'd be really interested to know if you have skyr.

I showed this recipe to someone yesterday. Skyr is available in her area, but she said Greek yoghurt would definitely work as a substitute if it is drained in cheesecloth for a bit. 🙂
