That is a lot of garlic to process at one time, oh but so worth having it in the freezer. I do the same with a lot of my garlic cloves, and then I make a fermented honey with some cloves for immunity building for health. ♥
Wow, yes that sounds great, is there a post about fermenting with the honey? that would interest me too.
