In my motherhood journey so far one thing i do not joke with is giving my children healthy food that will help to nourish their body.
Fruits are getting more expensive but no matter how costly it gets I make sure to give them enough fruits to eat because apart from the nourishment benefit of fruits, it also helps to keep them out of the hospital.
My kids love eating fruits a lot and i have to find other ways to make fruits more exciting and adventurous so i said a big Yes to fruit parfait.
The secret is to get few of my girls's favourite fruits and dice it neatly. Then enjoy it with evaporated milk or yogurt with any toppings of your choice.
My girls loveapple,banana,oranges,watermelon,grapes and so on. For today's fruit parfait i used:
Apple
Banana
Watermelon
pineapple
Mango
I also use Groundnuts as topping
Evaporated milk you can also use Yogurt
THE STEPS ARE QUIET SIMPLE.
First is to dice all fruits and put in your kids cereal bowl.
Second: you add any topping of your choice.
Lastly: Add your milk or Yogurt.
YOUR FRUIT PARFAIT IS READY.
