A Texas motorist traveling through isolated woodland at night reported a detailed encounter with what he identifies as a Sasquatch that emerged from dense forest directly into his headlights on a remote highway.

Dustin Dean filed his account with the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization after the incident occurred at 1:20 AM last Friday in Upshur County, located in eastern Texas. Dean was driving along a two-lane highway surrounded by thick forest on both sides when the creature suddenly stepped from the tree line. The figure appeared ready to cross the road before retreating back into the woods. Dean emphasized the clarity of his observation, stating his bright headlights illuminated the figure completely, allowing him to see it clearly.
