Staying fit and healthy during change of weather (cold)

in the world today people experience different kinds of weathers , there are season of hot , cold , sometimes normal sometime people are troubled because a season of a particular weather due to the kinds of sickness the are passing through like me iam always uncomfortable during season of cold weather,and weather has to do with temperature, and iam been thought in school that temperature the degree of hotness and coldness of an environment, normally in my place there are season for cold weather, though some factor like rainfall can also trigger coldness but I will elaborate more on cold weather because this is the present weather iam experience in my place, some people get worried when experiencing cold because some respiratory sickness people suffer tend to be triggered during cold weather such as pneumonia and asthma, bronchitis and some who has bone disease like arthritis (arthritis are pains in the bones) find it very difficult and uncomfortable during this weather because such bone disease increase there effect due to the cold weather , and scientifically when exposed to much cold weather can cause a life threatening sickness if not treated know as hypothermia, which some people have been a victim of it, what is hypothermia this is when the body temperature is not balance rather loses heat than it produces .

When you are a victim of all these mentioned sickness that can increase its effect during cold weather inother to stay healthy fit and safe a cold water during cold weather should be avoided and some wears that prevent cold penetration should be used to cover the body properly ,warm water should be taken or a good substance that is not harmful to human body should be taken to keep the internal body away from cold and to balance the body temperature, and also in bathing ,warm water should be used.

In addition, throwing more light on weather, prolonge of a particular weather is harmful to the health of living organism(plant and animal)some time insects that are harmful to man's health can adapt to a particular weather when prolonge such as mosquitoes causing malaria that is unsafe to human health
