Why Exercise Should Be a Priority: Lessons from My Gyming Experience - LPUD

In this post, we will discuss the prompt topic of the week and I will share my experience concerning what the topic demands. Physical activity is a practice that I will advise everyone to inculcate at least one physical exercise he or she does every blessed day. It is not as easy as you may see it to be though, but with perseverance and consistency, you can make it a reality.

To share my personal story, I will start by sharing my Gyming journey and how I got addicted to it. In my second year at University, my roommate started attending a Gym center to always train and exercise his body from the beginning I told him he was wasting his time and resources doing that. In about a month when he was still consistent with his training, I saw that he was picking up a form which I started to develop an interest in afterward.

After two months of seeing his changes and body development, I made an intention to start gyming too which I did. At the start of it, it was never easy, body pains every day and I lack better sleep as well. Those already in the gym keep on telling me not to give up and that at the beginning that is how I will be feeling the pains until a week or two when everything will be normalized. With consistency and endurance, I never stopped and I was always active and present at the gym center training.

In about a month, I was not feeling the pains I had at the start anymore and I was feeling more relieved and enjoying the training day in and day out. We used to train from Monday to Saturday and it was only Sundays we didn't go and that was even because the Gym manager doesn't operate on Sundays.

After school, there was no gym center nearer to my house, so I felt reluctant to start exercising again, and I had to stop. However, yes, I still intend to come back stronger after the long break. It won't be easy to start afresh, though, but once a soldier is always a soldier. For now, I want to adapt arm pressing to my morning routine activities so that I can stay active and keep fit.

I made a power-up of 500 LEO tokens today. My journey to 5000 Leo Power is getting closer and closer and I am glad to have come this far.

When you engage in regular physical exercise you will see the difference because you will be more healthy than before, the only challenge is consistency.

I had the same experience when I started lifting weights earlier, the body pains was not easy but with time it was all gone.

About the LPUD, I was interested in doing it but couldn't find my way around buying more tokens and staking it. Did U use hive-engine or?
