Goodmorning everyone,
As the days goes by, we grew closer to the harvesting time od the maize. Just some couple of months ago we planted the maize and now is ready to be harvested.
Now am contemplating on leaving on the stick to be dry or harvest them and eat it , i might decide to roast it or boil it. And if am leaving it on the stick that means it will dry and it would be used to make pap or grinded to flour form to make vorn flake. I fear the birds so as not to destroy the corn beforevit get dry.
Also i have make provision for late maize and some days ago i planted the maize and potato along side which is mixed cropping. And both the potato and maize arebdoing very well.
Furthermore some of the transplanted plantain are also doing well and blossom. The pepper are not left out they have been producing greatly in large number and little vegetables which arebmeant for the family consumption.
We also planted some yam inside the sack and the leave have grown up which we use stick to stake it up inorder to allow it grow very well and not rotten because if the leave rotten it will affect the plant.
Looks like a good maize harvest!🌽 Perfect for making pap later. Enjoy! 👍
