Having a positive mindset about life is actually a wonderful thing that can go a long way to impact our lives positively in many ways. It's worth knowing that you don't need to lie about how you feel about life; we have people who don't have a positive view of life, and the reason behind that is usually due to what life has thrown at them. Simply put, their life experience can lead to having a negative mindset about life. As an individual, I've once had a negative take about life, although that has changed now, but then I'll tell you what led me to that state, how I was able to turn tides around to move to having a positive mindset about life, and much more in this write-up.

Having a positive view about life means you're the type who's goal- and result-oriented; you're an individual who believes in not only what you're doing but also that everything will turn out well. It means you've great hope for the future, and you're not the type who'll let doubt, worries, or disappointment stop you from dreaming of trying again. Like I said, I've been in a state where I had a negative view about life in the past, and one of those times was during my elementary school days. I wasn't so good academically, and this led to me failing in my academics. It was annoying and painful because I ended up being mocked by other students, and that made me want to give up on my academics, but my guidance at the time encouraged me.
Another stage of my life when I began to have a negative view about life came some years ago; around that time I experienced a heartbreak that was super painful. Alongside that, I graduated from university and was unable to secure a job for the next seven years. All of these put together made me lose the will to live; it also made me lose the will to fall in love, to try, and to hope for a better future. I was literally depressed and lost hope to the point where I didn't expect anything positive to come out of any interviews I attended. Thankfully, although in an unfortunate situation, I found the will to keep fighting, and that was the situation when my brother was bedridden for about a year, and despite him undergoing over five major surgeries, he didn't give up but instead came out strong.

His resilience woke me up from my slumber and loss of will to hope, dream, or live again, and since then my life has been experiencing a positive change in all ramifications, from chasing dreams with newfound zeal to taking each task as though my life depends on it to finally securing a job and not only going into a relationship but also getting married. Having a positive view about life has been a blessing, a lifesaver, and much more, and I'd advise everyone to reinvent their mindset as well.
