Personal Growth, Purpose, and the Life Lessons That Shape Us

Personal goals and growth are important things we all must hold dear to our hearts and remain committed to so as to overcome different challenges life would present to them and make their lives better through the process of constantly improving themselves and attaining different milestones and goals that make them climb up and not remain stagnant at a spot. Personal growth is actually very essential, because via that you can grow yourself and become better. In different aspects of life, and that brings about self-confidence to face goals and challenges head-on.

The goals I'm currently working on personally are how to become a better version of myself. I want to work on making myself become the best version I've ever been because even though I don't think I'm entirely bad, I still know I've got huge room for improvement in my communication style and temperament and gaining valuable skills that will make me more valuable and productive anywhere I find myself. Aside from this, I'm also working on a goal of becoming a social media content creator, and the reason is mainly so I can have it as a stream of income. At the moment I'm consistently posting and engaging with others, but beyond that I'm also learning how to grow and boost my chances of excelling.

The life lesson that had the biggest impact on me and my life is one I was taught by my late aunt. It was a lesson based on trust and the need not to trust anyone blindly regardless of the relationship you had with them. She taught me to always give room for a bit of doubt so I can see people or situations for how they truly are and not get clouded by the trust or love I have for such people or situations. Since she taught me this lesson with a real-life experience, it has never left me, and it has gone on to safeguard and protect me from several situations that would have pulled me down.

That's about it on the goals. I'm currently working on the life lesson that has made the most impact in my life through the years. What are yours?
