These days, people often make a statement that machine or AI will soon take over human jobs which I think is not really possible, at least not yet. whenever a startup launches especially after drafting out the business plan, the founders do debate whether hiring humans will be the best option or just go with machines but the real question is which will be more productive? you can't simply pick one over the other but figure out how both can work together. I was once in this situation, thought about a business and was looking for ways to kickstart it especially when it come to generating leads, was thinking of doing it organically or running ads which will be more faster but I ended up doing it myself.
There is no way you can sit down to actually brainstorm with AI, I remember an afternoon when I decided to play with Chatgpt, i gave it different prompt to generate business ideas and practical steps to implement those idea but it was just giving hint which aren't that straightforward. Humans are different, we come together, everyone with their own opinions, checking every possible method to turn the half-baked idea into something concrete. One other factor that disqualifies AI or machine is "Empathy". Imagine you order something online and it wasn't delivered after making payment, then you decided to call their customer care line only to get an automated AI response, I do hate it when I dial mtn customer care line only to hear that AI voice singing or saying those automated stuff, it is kind of annoying and time wasting. A humans agent before replying will at some point reason with you, reply you gently when need and even put themselves in your shoe and find a way to calm you down but ai will only reply you based on what they program it to do.
Some one said Algorithms follow rules; humans rewrite the rules.
That said, Ai and machine are good in some aspect especially when it come to speed, I do imagine how just feel prompts or keywords can show millions of data records which will take humans days to track, even in programming, it do take developers days to turn a design into a full website and it will take AI few hours to build the same website for you yet they don't get tired, when it come to 24/7 operations, they are the best choice, this is why many companies prefer chatbots when it come to answering queries or using trading bots when it come to automating transactions.
Considering all this, as a business owner, I would prefer employing humans who have knowledge about AI integration, in our modern age, people have to upgrade their knowledge with the latest skills and tools. Take MediQuick, a healthcare provide that make use of this integration, they use AI tools to figure out cases that need urgent attention. AI will be use in reducing the heavy tasks while humans focus on strategies and customer relationships.

It might not be time yet for machine, robots to completely replace humans but it's only a matter of time as it is already happening.
This is indeed a great reflection... I agree that empathy and creative problem-solving are big human advantages. But I’m curious, where do you draw the line? ...Which tasks would you trust only to humans, and which to AI? , Because honestly,I am confused
