Time Waits For No One.

Time ehn… it is one thing that once it is gone, it is actually gone, there is no reverse button, no “let me go back and do it again.” That is why I personally do not joke with my time, i know how important time is and how fast it also fliies , especially when you feel like you are finally trying to be serious with your life, I am not a procrastinator I try as much as possible to value my time so much, especially now that I am in this phase of my life.

You know those days that used to feel like the normal 24 hours is not even enough? Yeah..... ? Those ones... Sometimes I just wish there could be like an extra two ours just to breathe or to complete stuff that I did not finish on time, it is not every day, sha, but just on those days when everything just seems to pile up so much but one thing I always say is that, the fact that I even want to use my time well already tells me I want better life for myself, that one sef is enough motivation most times.

So my day lately starts with me doing house chores, just getting things in place and then after that, I just just dive straight into Hive or go to Discord,those two platforms have become like part of my daily routine, and when I say engage, I do not mean just dropping posts ,things like gisting with Hive members on Discord, and we talk about a lot of things, real conversations o, like ideas, updates, and sometimes even personal stuff, It is not just to pass time , see I actually learn and pick valuable info from there.

You see ,after all my main activities for the day are done, I go into my me-time mode, i can decide to watch anime or Kdrama depending on what I feel like doing at that moment, and if I do not feel like doing that ,I just find something that is fun to distract myself or one that helps me relax,and that is how I round off my day.

As for the things that I see as time-wasting… let me just be honest, not everything “fun” is worth it, for example, imagine just going for parties with no purpose ,like, I love the vibes, but sometimes when I think about the time I will spend dressing up, attending, coming back tired ,i would rather put that time into something that adds value to me.

Also, hanging out for no reason just wakaing up and down because other people are doing it , see me I do not see the sense in that ,when I could use that same time to grow and learn something, or even just rest intentionally.

I just believe that life is short already, so why would i waste it on things that do not help me move forward, ehn.....? You see every day counts, that is how I see time, use it well or you will find yourself regretting things you could have done but did not because you were “resting small.”

So yeah, I am not perfect, but I do try to make every hour just count ,whether it is for work or learning or gisting or rest ,because really, time doesn’t just wait for anybody.
