I have now come to understand that if we keep some time for ourselves in the morning, run a little, move a little, then both the mind and the body become different. I have seen for a long time, when I get up in the morning and walk or run a little, then I feel refreshed for the whole day. And this is not only me, many scientists have also proven this.
For example, according to the American Heart Association, walking or running for just 30 minutes a day keeps our heart healthy, regulates blood pressure, and even reduces stress.
Just think about it, if the blood circulation in the body is good and the mind is relaxed at the beginning of the day, then how much better the rest of the day will be!
We girls do so much all day long, taking care of our family, studying, working, and taking care of the details of the house. But we pay very little attention to our own body and mind. However, scientists say that a woman's hormones control many things in her body, including mood, energy, sleep, and even weight. Regular exercise keeps these hormones in check.
In particular, problems like PCOS or hormone imbalance can be largely controlled by regular exercise. I learned this from a friend of mine—she now walks for 20 minutes every morning and does yoga for 10 minutes, and now her skin and weight are better than before. Morning exercise does not mean just going to the gym and sweating. I myself exercise most of the time in whatever space I have at home.
Even NASA scientists say that keeping the body active means keeping the brain active. Exercising releases a hormone called "endorphin", which improves our mood. I have seen for myself that when I exercise in the morning, no tension or frustration comes easily. At first, I thought, "Ah! I can't do this exercise." But one day, I walked on the roof of my house and sweated a little, and my mind felt fresh. The next day, I walked again, and then gradually increased the time. Now, if I don't walk in the morning, my body feels heavy, and I feel like something is missing.
I started very small, first 5 minutes, then 10 minutes. Now I spend an hour, and I don't realize how long it has passed! We always think about others—sons and daughters, husbands, parents, friends, office—why don't we look at ourselves first? If you keep 30 minutes for yourself in the morning, you can love yourself. Just getting up a little early, washing your face, wearing a tracksuit, walking on the street or running on the roof will bless both our body and mind. And if you want, you can also do a light workout like dancing while listening to some good music—fun and exercise at the same time!
Some words from my own experience...
I feel fresh after exercise, and I sleep better at night. What used to take 2 hours to do before, now it can be done in 1 hour. My self-confidence increases, and the thought of "I can do it" is strengthened. My skin has also become much brighter, because blood circulation is now better. Whether it is a scientist or a common person, everyone is saying the same thing.
A study by medical scientists at the Mayo Clinic has also said that regular running or walking improves mental health, relieves depression, and even reduces the risk of Alzheimer's. If we neglect these benefits even after knowing them, then it is unfair to ourselves. You have to develop this small habit for yourself, for your future.

I am writing this because I am going through this journey myself. I know that we have to think about so many things in our lives, but there is no happiness like seeing ourselves refreshed and lively when we look at ourselves in the mirror. So I say, come on, we girls wake ourselves up with the morning sun. Let's run, exercise, and take care of ourselves. Because dreams are made in a healthy body.
