Today I have come to you to participate in the -6 on the topic SCIENCE OF POWER SUPPLY. You have already learned about the topic and I am going to participate in the competition among you.

I would like to share with you how the electricity supply works in my country, state or your current location.

In my country, electricity is mainly produced and supplied by the government. This work is done with strict vigilance by the government for the production of electricity. Especially the government Rural Electricity Board of the country produces electricity and contributes a lot to supply it. In the work of supplying electricity, the government people control the things done through it. Then all the activities are completed under a Rural Electricity Association.

First of all, a specific idea is taken about how much electricity will be supplied in the divisional area. Then electricity is distributed at the district level and at the police station level. However, sometimes when this supply is more than the production, we sometimes have to face the problem of load shedding.

Is there any problem in electricity supply there?

I think every country or region has only one problem and that is load shedding. Exactly the same problem exists in my country. According to distribution i.e. supply and production, the country's electricity demand is very high. When the demand for electricity by people including hot air conditioners, electric fans and people increases, then the electrical offices can no longer take the electrical load. In that case, electricity supply is stopped in one region and electricity is given to another region. That is, load shedding is given to one region and electricity is given to another region and this process is done in stages. Finally we have to suffer from the extreme problem of load shedding.

Do you use prepaid meters or solar panels or get electricity directly?

The cost of using solar panels in our country is very high. So we use prepaid meters. Prepaid meters and in some regions which are very rural, electricity is available directly.

I want to tell you about myself. I live in a village and there we get electricity directly. The electricity bill is given monthly and we pay the electricity bill every month. Another advantage of getting the electricity bill directly is that you can use the electricity first and pay the electricity bill later.

Which do you prefer between prepaid meter, solar panel and direct power supply?

My best choice is solar panel. Because it is environmentally friendly and the electricity used by solar panel can always be stored. We can easily get electricity from solar panel by converting electrical energy into electrical energy. Even if there is load shedding during storm or rainy days, the electricity of solar panel does not run out and it can be stored and used as desired. So I prefer solar panel electricity more than prepaid meter or solar panel and direct power.

Do you have a stable electricity supply?

Providing stable electricity in our country is a very difficult task. Moreover, its benefits are not sufficient and available to the citizens of our country. If a person goes to provide stable electricity, he has to spend a lot of money. On the other hand, almost all the people of our country are low-income and very poor. So I do not have the ability to provide stable electricity and we cannot provide stable electricity in any way.

What do you think can be done to improve it?

Basically, electricity is an extremely important thing in our daily life. In this era of technology, we cannot move for a second without electricity. However, when the consumption of electricity increases more than the production, we sometimes have to face the problem of load shedding.

But in that case, we must provide stable electricity and enjoy the benefits of using solar panels to save electricity. Therefore, the effective thing is to provide more and more benefits of solar panel electricity to the customers. So that everyone, poor and rich, can save electricity by using solar panels and reduce the pressure on direct electricity. Then we will get a solution to the above problems and be able to keep ourselves free from load shedding.
