I think in general, I eat healthy by 70% and that's because of my eating style. It changes according to the situation I find myself, either I'm too busy or lazying about, either I'm sick or feeling very okay, either I'm hungry or I don't feel hungry at all. These situations influences how I see food and how much I eat. There are even times I hate food.
My eating style is very dynamic and I think living alone made it worse years ago. If I was to write about my eating habit like 4-5 years ago, you'd feel pity for my stomach because at that time, it was mostly just to survive or enjoy some delicious taste, never to keep healthy or better.
But today and for a long while now, I've been quite intentional about my eating habits and believe me, I've been seeing the beautiful changes in my body. There are still times I don't eat healthy because of unhealthy cravings and times I feel too sick or lazy to eat something something. But most of the times, I eat better.
My eating style changes but one thing I've come to be very intentional about when it changes is, I force myself to eat well enough in any situation I find myself. When I have to eat in quality which is all the time, but I don't feel like it, I spice things up by making any good meal that I miss it's taste.
Eating out in quality most times is achieved when I prepare my own meals at home and I try to make sure of that especially now that I am living with my family and the others need to eat well for their activities. Eating out happens when I am alone and lazy to cook, it happens very rarely too. My last eat out was definitely just for quantity.
Before now, I had the bad eating habit of waiting till I'm very hungry before I find something to eat and that never ends well for me as most times, I'll just whip up anything to eat and yeah, might turn out to just be another unhealthy feeding. But now, I prepare for my hungry mood by cooking early.
When hunger don't seem to come because there are times I just feel full from eating nothing, I take it that I don't feel well so I go for fruits and I've been more intentional about the kind of fruits I go for. Fruits have a way of making my hunger come, especially when I take oranges. So I don't leave my body like that when I don't feel hungry.
Being intentional with my eating habits have been quite life changing for me unlike before when I eat healthy about 30 - 40%, it was that bad and it did contribute greatly to my health status then, I would always fall sick. But now, with the few adjustments, I'm doing better with my eating habits, working on it to boost the good habits.

My eating habit was never in a mess. I always maintained good eating habit even if I stayed single several years. Moreover, I don't take fast food usually. .
