The One Thing Breaking Families, Friendships, And Nations.

Huhm, a very deep one I must say. If by chance, I have the chance to eliminate one problem in the world today, believe me it would be nothing other than greed. Most of this problem we face today stems from it. We keep crying of jealousy, corruption and the likes, we forgot that greed is behind almost all of these things. That's what the rich keeps getting richer and the poor keeps getting poorer. No one wants the other person to reach the top, everyone wants everything for themselves. You see families break, you see friendships break and so on. Greed is what fuels all of these things.

I'm sorry to chip this in, but I've been following the video made by Peter of P-square. He was unraveling what causes the break between them. Most of us thought it was their wives that caused it then, but via the various videos he's uploading, it's obvious it has nothing to do with their wives and has everything to do with greed on some people's part. When you want more of a thing and you don't care if the other person has less, even when/if you both put same effort.

I honestly do not believe that the world is beyond saving. A lot of the big problems we see today would disappear if greed disappears from amidst us. Our leaders do not vare about serving us, they care about their pocket, business owners as well are after massive profit, neighbors today don't look out for one another, rather they compete and begin to jealous each other.

The world will be a more better place if greed is taken away. We will be able to help each other genuinely without expecting anything in return, we will be more compassionate and caring, we will support each other wholeheartedly and even our children will learn from us. So, what I'm saying in essence is that, we can build a better world by ourselves by choosing to make the right choices everyday and in every situation. We want change? Then it must begin with us. And I believe that we can do it.
