Don't Wait Until Your Body Cries For Help.

I think it's over a month now since I went for a checkup in the hospital. And as a person who's had issues and a history of health crises, I'm not one to joke with my health at all. I don't wait to see signs before going. Also, I don't joke with little signs in my body system.

Even if I don't go to the hospital when I notice it, I would either put a call through to my nurse or doctor depending on how I'm feeling. So, I don't believe in going for a checkup only when you're feeling down or discomfort, or after you've been feeling it for a long time. Getting checked up early makes you know what exactly is going on inside of you on time before it escalates into something big, and if there's nothing, too, you get to know on time.

I've been to the hospital countless times, and I've been around a lot of sick people. Guess what, a lot of them initially do not want to come to the hospital for treatment or a checkup. The reason is that they believe the hospital and whatever test result will always see something wrong somewhere, and they are not ready to spend or face it yet. So, they stay believing they are fine.

I personally would recommend going for regular medical checkups. Also, we should pay attention to the things that we eat and drink. While also making sure to take enough time to rest and also practicing good personal hygiene. They may look small, but then it is advisable. We all own some gadgets, machineries and all, and we know how we care for it, how we don't want anything to tamper with it and how we quickly find a way to service it or repair it immediately something little happens to it, how much more ourselves.

Health is not something to take for granted, or else you will learn to value it the hard way.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We should not wait until things get worse about our health. And we should know that prevention is better than cure. Prevention is even more cheaper than cure, so we should always do the needful about our health at the right time.

As simple as that.
A lot of us wouldn't do that, not until we find it hard to do things then w start spending more than we should have
