TIME HACK

One time I thought to myself, “Why am I not productive? I’ve come to realize that my productivity depends on how well I manage myself. WHen people talk about time management, I talk about self management. I usually find myself trying to do a lot of things within a short period of time and sometimes when I do that continuously, my body can not take it and I break down with sickness. This is why self management is better than just trying to manage time. When you manage yourself you do the things you want to do alongside the things you need to do.

There is almost no rush when it comes to self management, it’s more about efficiency rather than just work. I would rather do two things very well than do rubbish in 10 things. If I have the capacity to do 5 things, I share those five things by doing three things that need to be done, one thing I want to do, and 1 space for unforeseen circumstances. This strategy has helped me become efficient in my job in the last couple of months. I now hardly feel tired because in between doing the things I need to do, I just do one thing I want to do.

I’ve also learned to let things go, Not because they are not important, but to save me the strength to take on more. I also believe in the saying A stitch in time saves nine. Right now I decided to spare 1 hour every day to write in the office, just so I can have the time to be free at home. I’m always looking forward to that feeling of freedom and having nothing to do, so I do everything I want and need to do at the office, giving me enough time to be ready for the next day.

You are right, sometimes when we try to do too many things at the same time we end up not achieving as much as we anticipated. It's better to take them one at a time 😁

That's a very good planning of time management, it's really good the way you schedule yourself and manage your time daily.

One way to utilise our time is by taking things one at a time,forcing to do it all at once night result to a total waste of time.

Self management is measured by time, time tells how well you have efficiently used yourself.
When you manage time efficiently the tendency of productivity will be high and the probability of you braking down will be low. What leads to breaking down most time is the inability to manage time as we skip things and then later try to compress them into a specific time.
