When I saw this topic my whole thought went to what correlate leadership and teamwork and why are they paired together in this second edition of the weekly prompt, I thought it would be hard to sit this one down seeing that I already wasn't having a good footing but when I stared at it deeply one more time, I then understand that in every team work there must be a leader who's heading it and when ever you hear that there's a leader then there are team members under that leader, whether the team is supportive or not is a completely different scenario, so this brings me to my first take.

Going back to "when everyone communicates clearly and respect one another" this is really a big issue in any administration that is headed by superior and subordinates, I feel very clear communication is needed in any friendship or relationship talk more of leaders and followers, so it's a big deal that everyone not just the leader communicates clearly and then respect is accorded, with this fully achieved the team can effectively solve problems and complete tasks successfully, well I just thought to mention that again because I feel this type of points can't be overemphasized.
So the main aim of any leadership or teamwork per-say is working together, it's either the leader work together with it's members or the team work together with themselves, either way working together and cooperation should be included, so which brings me to the point where I would say what qualifies someone as an effective leader is that such position has the mindset of service, because If you are being chosen either by the people are the system then it means that you are there to service they people, so anybody that should be considered an effective leader is that one which is willing to serve the people and not himself or herself.
Then for the second question on teamwork I would like to go with the story in the bible, the one where some set of people decided to build a tour that would reach the heaven and yes it was very achievable, why? Because they had this common goal and set out to accomplish it with a united mind meaning they cooperated, and even God knew that if He allowed these people they would really accomplish this so he set out to cause disunity amongst them because that was the only way to stop what they were doing, the end catch is that with teamwork everything is achievable, if you want to put an end to something being done in group then target their strength which I consider cooperation.
Well that's it for leadership and teamwork, I hope you had a nice time? and I hope to see more of you next time.

Just like you said, leadership and teamwork should go hand in hand. A leader should be someone who carry others people along with looking at age difference, race or traits. Thanks for sharing
