Don't Wait To Appreciate Life.

So I think that one of the main reasons why people don't value what they have like relationship,health, time, etc is because we have become to used to it, we have gotten too overwhelmed familiar with it and that ms why we do not always see the values of it , not until we are at the brink of losing it or we lost it , we just do it however it pleases us

So let's take our health for example, because we are healthy , we just wake up every morning and just start the day, because we know we are healthy, forgetting that the health needs to be maintained, you see some people drinking alcohol early morning, some taking soda like it's water, we take in harmful stuff without considering the consequences,and this is actually not a good thing, we became too overwhelmed familiar with our health like it's nothing,and when because of all this bad habits one starts feeling sick, you now start wishing for the good health you once had, keep In mind that it's not even sure that after you get better you will keep your health healthy, thats we humans for you.

The same thing applies to when you have your time , we have 24 hrs in a day and I see how some people do as if there have unlimited time in the world when they do have something to do, they will keep postponing things they ought to do , when it is now dying minute you see them doing as is if they didn't have the whole time in the day to do that thing they ought to have done. Funny humans.

Relationships too are like that, you have people who care about you, who show up for you and all that, they are part of your daily life, but you just don't appreciate their presence, their presence icks you and all that, but when the distance comes you begin to feel their absence, you want them back and that kinda not nice on people, I think life distractions also play a big role, Everyone is chasing something, trying to achieve goals, planning for the future, and in the process, we forget to enjoy what we already have, we become so focused on “what next” that we ignore “what now.”

Now that brings me to the second part of the question, which is how to balance planning for the future while still enjoying the present moment.... And I will say that it just falls down to keeping things simple,it is actually a good thing to plan ahead of time, but then at same time don't let the future take away your peace for the present, you don't have to start stressing for something that hasn't happened yet, What I try to do is to focus on Today,while I'm still trying to have an idea of where I am going and that's not wrong at all.

Enjoying every small moments really helps, it doesn't necessarily have to be big, just appreciating simple things like having a calm day, being in good health, or spending time with people you care about can make a difference, And at the end of the day life seriously isn't about chasing after the future but it is about living in the present,so the key is Balance, plan but don't Overthink , Work for your future but not forget to live for Now.
