It's really sad. My case is not one of doing a course because everyone was doing it, though. I did it because I liked it and because it would be easier for me to get a job in this country. But over time, I've realized that the places we ought to be may not always be the ones that we choose or think is right. So, I'm thankful for that clarity.
I think you should keep chatting with your friend, take a day off to just advise her on it. If she doesn't listen, then there's nothing you can do. Thanks for the encouragement, Soma.

Ohhh.. that's quite different then. It's quite annoying how much of an effect the country has on one's decisions. You know having to choose a much more common course to avoid the issue of unemployment and all that. But atleast you liked and did choose the course yourself anyway.
Well, it's probably too late for that cause she has packed her bags and dived into the university world. All my previous talks were only but a waste of energy.
