The pressure on men is too much, my friend will always say she wants to remain a woman even in her next world, I didn't understand her until we graduated. I finally realized the pressure on men is too much and yet the society feels as a man you should have it all figured out.
Men really need to be encouraged to speak about their emotions and ask for support when they need one.
Men aren't supernatural beings without emotions or feelings. A safe space need to be created for men , by their family and the society, suppressing their feelings and emotions shouldn't be an option.
We should normalize having conversations about mental wellness with men. Supporting this men is showing them compassion, not judging them when they seek for help and they should understand that asking for help is also strength.
