At times I use to just sat down and start thinking about myself and saving money, I don't even know if they actually swear for me because anything that fly into my pocket as income, is either going into savings or investment, even my friends will always tell me to at least chop life small because they know what I will do with any money that I come across, I even have to give myself thousand reasons to spend on things or I will just use the statement "If I Perish I perish", it is actually funny though because all my friends are ballers and I'm anti-baller because I'm always indoor with no different from house furniture.

I remember back in the days, the only reason I do save up money was because of Christmas moment, my friends cant be buying knockout and I will just be there begging them to give me one, so I do save then to feel among and we always go out to play playstation till are fingers start feeling numb but when the reality start setting in, omo I had to just adjust Asap especially when I started having idea about finance and investment, well thanks to crypto which change everything and made me see reason why it is really important to save and invest just to prepare for the the future and what is coming.

One reason why people do save is to be comfortable financially, we all want that freedom, you don't want to get stuck at some point that you will need urgent money to sort things out and you won't be able to or have any one to help, I just hate the feeling of been broke completely, at times I use to imagine how a guy can just be without a penny, imagine if they shaking everything and not even a penny can come out, well that is the state of some people because they use all their 10 fingers to eat, someone even told me that if anything enter today, he is spending all on balling and the next day he will look up to God with the hope that another mana will fall in.

I remember when I came across the 50-30-20 rule which is the average rule one can always follow to avoid spending all he has, one should always try so save/invest at least 20% on things that can bring in more income, like they use to say one way don't enter the market.

Another major reason is wealth creation, well most of us believe in the power of accumulation especially when they didn't give birth to us with a sliver spoon or have a money tree at our backyard, we have to start looking for every possible ways to generate more income, we just have to find ways to build up our skills, earn more money and finding a good investment to venture into with juicy interest rates, that is where compound savings where you get interest on both your capital and any accrued interest, imagine saving around $1000 for instant with 20% apr for 5 years period, the longer you save, the more it will be effective. We all have one reason or the other to always save at least some percentage of what we earn for future purpose.
