My Chilling Encounter with a Campus Cultist: A Freshman's Close Call

I do hear people saying a lot of things about cultism in the university, how bad and dangerous they can be especially when it comes to starting chaos, even before I gained admission, they used to terrorize the town I'm in somethings, killing each other and my parent always warned us never to join bad gang. I remember how a guy I knew, ran away from school for some months because some cult guy approached him, asking him to join them or either die, so he had no choice but to go into hiding and after he came back to school, he had to join the kegite club to be safe from the cult guy.

So this faithful day, I just gained admission and I was running around trying to find how to do my registration, from the motion ground where we get to print and make photocopies was quite far from some of the offices we have to take this papers to, just to get them signed. I had to go back and forth and at some point, I ran out of cash and I had to trek the distance and just to make the journey a smooth one, I was listening to music while trekking. I'm almost close to the motion ground when a guy sitting under a shed asked me to come. I thought he was a normal person because he really dressed corporately with a file with him, I approached with a smiling face even with the stress and he was like, my name is ......, what is yours, I told him, then he started saying rubbish, what level are you, what are you doing with the file and stuff, then he went straight to the point which kind of shocked me,

"I'm a cult member and the way I'm looking at you, it will really fit you if you belong, don't mind those who says cultist don't graduate, I should look at him, he is a graduate, he only came to submit some files"

He didn't even gave me chance to talk, but I stood there smiling, he touched my hand and was like, my hand was firm to carry gun. I thought I was dreaming to be honest but scared somehow, he notice I was listening to music while he was talking and that vexed him somehow, he wanted to change it for but one woman came to the shed just to sit, I don't even know if she was a lecturer or not and when he noticed we aren't alone anymore, he asked for my number but I gave him my other line which I wasn't using that much and he allowed me leave but told me he will call me. Omo the way I walked with speed ehn and had to take a longer route to where I intended to submit my files, my phone was on dnd for days so he wouldn't be able to reach me and somehow I thanked my star, he was alone because I don't know what might have happened if he was with a group of cult members when he asked me to come to the shed, I don't know what might have happened that day.
