Sometimes, accumulated stress can tell in our body negatively, yet some of the things that get us stressed are unavoidable. If it's something within my reach, I will definitely avoid getting stressed out most of the time, but answering this motherhood duty isn't something that demands that you overlook certain things. Some circumstances can just unfold unexpectedly, and you have no choice but to deal with the reality.
I think it is part of life, so no complaints at all, but then I feel like I need a self-treat. I feel like going to the beach again and allowing myself to be soaked up with the cold breeze, watching the water waves, relaxing my nerves, dipping myself in the swimming pool over there, watching people dance, and then taking a horse ride.
Just some kind of activities that could help calm my nerves. I have been stressed out for the past three weeks, back-to-back, with sleepless nights inclusive. I couldn't escape it, even when I wanted to. My bones are tired, a part of my nerve got irritated, and I have been feeling just unusual until I got attended to medically. But there is a time and season for everything right ? ... I feel it's time to look into myself, do things to regain my sanity, and feel alrighty! Maybe some good food to treat as well?
What about a body massage? Maybe I need this too at this point. I feel that my body is shrinking, lol, or should I say congested and in need of a professional touch. This is indeed a perfect time for self-care, and I must admit it and take action. As little as this kids swing can help me feel relaxed and be good. π
This is me telling myself the truth: no rush! No pressure!! Other heavy activities can wait while I reclaim my peace and my strength for better productivity, right?
Sometimes, we don't need to wait until we hear from professionals on how best to take good care of ourselves. I have learned to listen to my body system and do the needful for my own good. It's going to be a different evening , hopefully!

Hmm. I think you have a lot of things to do and feeling stressed or pressure is normal but you can't ignore your mental your health. You need to fed your soul doing something relaxing they you love to do. It's very necessary but many people just ignore it.

That's what we called self care: relieving yourself from all the worries, challenges, anxiety and work stress. And the most thing is what you did go out to the beach, entertain yourself, seeing beautiful places, eat your best meal, enjoy your best sports or games and feel the best happy as you can. Sis please Have more lovely wonderful and beautiful moment like this, enjoy yourself.

I was telling a church member that motherhood is not my mate. As long as you still have young kids, you and stress will be in a 5&6 relationship, not because you want to be stressed but because it will always find its way around you consciously and unconsciously.
Ahhh...I once nurse the idea of running somewhere to cool my head even if it's one week without motherhood demands lol, but no escape route ooπ
