Talking about what I like in both salty food and sugary food, I will say this depends on an individual. On the other hand, the benefits of salt in the food and in the body are numerous. 99 percent of the food we are eating needs salt, and even our bodies need salt.Fish, rice, beans, meat, vegetables, and so on need salt for flavor and sweetness. The flavor and sweetness come more from the salt you put in all these foods. Imagine how tasteless it can be when there is no salt in a particular food.Moreover, if you are someone that wants to maintain your weight, then salty food is better, or if you are an athlete.Furthermore, I will be talking about sugary food.
Sugary is also not bad. Should we talk about chocolate, sugary drinks, and so on like that? They all have one or two things they do in the body. Talking about the benefits of sugary foods, if you are someone that needs immediate energy, then taking sugary food will give you energy, especially when taking all these drinks, Coke and so on like that. At some point they prescribed drinking Coke for some patients in the hospital. This is because their sugar level is very low, which can cause a lot of damage in the body.Chocolate, on the other hand, works so well for the brain, making you think faster and boosting the brain to function so well.
As an athlete, taking sugary food is also good, especially when you are doing a sport that requires using energy. With all I've said so far, sugary foods also have negative impacts on the body.Talking from experience, I'm an athlete, and you will see me hardly taking any kind of sugary food, especially drinks that contain more sugar.
This is because I'm watching my weight; one bad thing a sugary food can do for you is that you will gain weight when taking this food, and if care is not taken, you will even become overweight. As an athlete that monitors its weight all the time, I need to be careful about what I'm putting in my mouth.Another thing that sugary food does is that it makes one look so big, apart from genetics that people can be big from heredity.
I hate it when someone is so big because of what they eat. I personally check my weight and my tummy all the time. I hate big tummies, and this can be easily caused by sugar.So if you ask me what I will be considering from both foods, I will definitely be going for salty food. The disadvantages of sugary foods are so alarming.
