My Neighbour

In every house full of tenants, there are different kinds of characters you will see... We have the gossipers, you will always see them in the morning and evening talking and it is not like they have important stuff they talk about, it is mostly about other people...

We have the bachelor that is always bringing different kinds of girls home and you will just be like this one is a finished man, we have Dj Murano, you will rarely see him but music noise is always coming out from his room cos he is a music lover and always want the neighbors to also listen to the song he is vibing to so he make sure to increase the volume of the speaker.

We have these 2 neighbors who don't like each other and always wait for opportunities to attack.

I once lived in a house that had 16 tenants, it was a face me I face you apartment, and as expected, all those things I mentioned are present in this house and even more, cos we have a lot of thugs there as well, we have sex workers and many more, but it is not just those kind of people we have there, we also have teachers and vocational workers.

The name of the house too was weird, it was inscribed at the front [ Baba Darijiwon] which means God forgive them lol... My madness was unlocked in this house too because someone I always find myself in one fight or another and It was also in this house I bonded with people, The house gave me a lot of memories that can't be forgotten but as the saying goes, 20 children can't play together for 20 years, at one point, most of the tenants left and in 2018, they wanted to renovate the house and gave all the tenants there a quick notice.

I miss those people and I am yet to live in another place that gives me memories of that house but let me talk about my next-door neighbor in my current apartment.

She is a jovial lady and she was the first person I bonded with in the house, if you need any information about anyone in the house, she knows it because she knows how to vibe with everyone and whenever there is a new tenant, you can be certain she will figure out a way to be close to the tenants.

Whenever I need to know about a place or want to buy something, I always ask her because she loves to go out a lot, and she is also the club goer, so she knows a lot of places and things!

Apart from her, I am not close with any other, this is not a face me I face you house, so everyone minds their business and sometimes you might not even see some of the tenants for days or weeks so no bonding I think I like it better, privacy matters.
