Health is wealth.
. As we pray for money, we should also add good health to our prayer point because life with money without good health to enjoy it is incomplete.
It is important to prioritize our health above every other thing and even others because if we die today, It takes only few hours for others to continue living their life, our parents might mourn us for weeks and even months but at some point, they will also realize that they need to get back to work and look after our siblings, they will remember us once in a while but we are gone and that is permanent.... So my brother, take very good care of yourself.
Unfortunately, many people do not think much about their health unit they are bedridden or suffering from an illness, I am not excluded either... I do not really put much concern into my health matters unless I am having malaria or typhoid, which makes me uncomfortable, that is when you see me calling a nurse to treat me, and once I feel better, I won't even finish my dosage.

There are so many advantages of going to the gym, it boosts your confidence, builds your body, and builds your network because you get to meet people with your mindset there.
Exercise is important, but it is difficult for most people to do this on their own, so registering in a gym close to you gives you the motivation you need when you see others like you there... hitting the gym helps to manage your weight, being fat causes some heart problems, so going to the gym to workout is a way to reduce your weigh and gain fitness.
I think this advice is mostly for remote workers who are always at home on their laptops, all we do is eat, press buttons, and sleep, no physical movement of the whole body, so the gym is the right place to keep ourselves fit and healthy.
If you are the type that goes to work, moving from one bus to another, or your job involves using strength, that is an exercise on its way, and you do not have business with the gym unless for another purpose, like building connections.
There are no healthy tips better than eating healthy; most people just take anything that comes their way, drink any substance they see without thinking about the damage these things cause to their bodies.
The first on my list are guys that takes man power liquid substance for erection, this things can cause organ damages, yea they will make you last longer but have you ever think about the organs in your body you are over working and also it will not give you that erection you want forever, there will be a time it will not work for you again, what stage should we call this? Stage 23? lol
We also should limit the intake of drinks high in sugar, Pepsi, Fanta, American cola, all these drinks are high in sugar and have no health benefits, people who consume too much of them will have big problems.
Lastly, everyone should learn to have self control when it comes to food, it is not everything your eyes see that you must eat, some people eat more than 6 times in a day, this is not healthy, Obesity is not a joke and it causes heart diseases, which redues your life span, so let us learn to eat healthy and stay away from toxic substances.

You made a great and important point, people will never mourn us forever but we will be gone forever, so it's best to care for our health by exercising daily and eating healthy

I think eating healthy is good place to start with. It saddens me sometimes that people will know they have a bad diet but still continue with it as if the consequences will never catch up to them. This is especially true with young people like myself, it sometimes take a bit of time before I course correct after I've realized my diet is getting bad again.
It is kinda addictive, once you become a foodie, it is difficult to stop...
I think many of us don't take our health seriously unless we become sick. But I think we should take it seriously. Going to gym is good but I think I am not ready to go for it but I am ready to maintain healthy eating.
I am guilty of that too, but i am trying to change that now after the terrible sickness I had last year.
Eating well is a good starting point.
We need exercise too, it's laziness that discourages from exercising.
