My Childhood Friend

‎I keep telling people that one set of people that I don't joke with are my childhood friends. These are the set of friends that whenever you see them, and remembered how you guys started you will always have a reasonable reason to give thanks to God.

‎I have some old time friends that the friendship started right from when we were young and till date I am still keeping in touch with some. Now there is this particular guy, ND, that we grew up together in the same street attended the same government primary school and the same secondary school. We use to go fetch water together, play around the street together. I can still remember that there was a time we do break palm carnel took it to the market , sold it and use the cash to get some clothes in the market. The childhood was that fun. Till we grew up, learnt how to play keyboard and as at then we do visit churches , play for them during their all night program. We also play at other events. We continued like that till school and hustling took us apart.

‎After, few years we met again and it was nice and an interesting reunion. So life continues like that, till hustling took us apart again. After some years I think we met again this year in a sit out , the joy was so much. We sat together had some cold bottles of understanding. And the fun part of it was that, we are both pushing and growing, although we have not achieve it all, but we are still pushing ahead. And sure sure, we will all make it one day.

‎So one set of people you should not be joking with should be your old friends and childhood friends . Because life has a way of bringing you all back together again in a different dimension and the joy that do comes with it is always great , especially when you all are growing. Again, when you hear people say that they have connection , most of those connection is always from childhood.
