My Dream: To rise And Reach Back.

Well, one dream I have held dear to my heart for a long time now is to be in a position where I can help people, I mean to make good impact on their lives that will cause them to live a better life.

And this seems of mine didn't just come to be, it was birthed in experience. I know what it means to be in need, to lack, to fall, to try to rise, to struggle, to be in a position and all. I have been in those positions too and even up until now still have certain things I'm struggling with. In short, I have experienced a whole lot of things, and because of that I have been trying to do the little I can to help people, but there's very little to what I can do at the moment, a lot of times I have had to turn people down, not because I do not want to do, but because I'm going through life too just the same way everyone does.

Even still, my experiences and all has made me to know what life truly is, it made me understand pain, lack, debt, brokenness and all, and it has made me see people more deeper. It made me notice their ain, hear their silence, and even see through how they are trying their best to hold on while collapsing inside. And believe me, some do not really need much, some just need a little to keep their hopes alive, some actually just need a listening ear.

Beyond money and success, and that is my dream. Money and success did matter though as they are the tools I would need to bring my dreams to reality. I don't just want to encourage, inspire and talk to people, I want to as well really help them. Even if it's just a little and even if it's just for few people, at least a life got better.

I watched a video recently about a guy who helped a young boy, it was everywhere online as the guy did his best to come through for this boy, he took him out, bought him a phone and what hit me most was that he got him a tool that he could use to make money for himself. That's it, if he had bought him more cloth or given him some money, in a matter of day's it's gone, but he went as far as getting him a tool for his handwork, that's making impact in the boy's life, that's making a dream come through for the boy.

I want what I've experienced too, to as well shape me into someone who can show up/come through for another. So, that's my dream. To rise, to help and to show that even in this life wey no balance, we can still help one another.
