I WILL NEVER FORGET

There were a couple of people I had in my close cycle during my school years, it was funny how close the four of us were, so inseparable that I can only look back to remember the good old days. Today we are no longer in close proximity, but the memories we shared would always remain in my heart forever because they gave me a strong foundation for someone who did not know how to look out for himself in this wicked world, and a resolve that I can do anything if I put my mind to it.

We all met ourselves the same week and I was the last to join the crew. We were so popular in school that we were called the four musketeers, a group of two boys and two girls. We suddenly found ourselves in the same class room the first day I got to school, I was the last to join the group and we just went on like we knew each other for ages. The first two to join were Marvelous and Dunamics who were both in the same department and Lizzy mysteriously became their friend the day before I came.

After completing the group, Lizzy and I became very close as did Marvelous and Dumamics , but the relationship between Lizzy and I grew even more until we finished school. Lizzy and I were so close people still believe we dated. We had no one training us in school and helped each other from buying textbooks to paying school fees. I remember a time when she shared her school fees into two so we could have a chance to write exams. We became distant after she got married and I know she is doing well with her husband. Thinking about it, I miss her a lot as a friend.
