THIS WEEK'S PROMPT

Title: Love And Money.

Well, at the end of the day, we all have our choices to make. Even if we seek advice and all, it's still left for us to choose. And we most times get in-between the various pieces of advice and our own thoughts too, because most might at times make sense but still go in different directions.

Because love on its own is wide and very deep, and like they used to say, "Love is a beautiful thing." But when we add money to it, the equation changes... Just like the song says, "Love is sweet o, when money enters, love is sweeter..." So, when it comes to that and making your decisions, does it go beyond the feelings you have, or...? You know. 🫣

Now, we've seen, heard, and maybe experienced cases of having to let go and loving from a distance, and all not because we stopped caring for the other person but because decisions have begun to cost much more than feelings can handle and life is now demanding way more than emotions can cater for.

So, we've seen some choose money; maybe they did that out of responsibility and not greed—we can't be so sure—while we've also seen some hold on to love and keep navigating their way somehow just to keep going without anyone seeing their struggles.

The truth most times is that we have to change our plans, have a rethink, maybe let go, and make our decisions.... We all need to survive, and it all sums up back to the decisions we make.

Note, we are not judging you or your choices/decisions here. We listen, we don't judge; you definitely have your reasons for whatever your choice is/was.

So tell us your story.
