It's another amazing week, and you know what that means - it's the 19th edition of the weekly prompt to spark your creativity and get those ideas flowing in. Hive Student Connect is a community where students on Hive share their blogs. It is a vibrant space for Hive students to engage, learn, connect, and collaborate, fostering growth and development.

Whether you are currently a student or have already finished school, you are welcome to share your perspective.

This is your chance to express yourself and connect with others in the community.

Each week, we bring a unique theme or idea, something that challenges your mind, invites you, and simply pushes you to have fun while playing with words.

So ready to dive in? Below is the week's prompt and guidelines. Please ensure you read them in order not to make any mistakes.

"If you could travel through time, would you go to the past or the future? Explain why."

We are doing it differently this time. This allows you to dream, imagine and reflect. The prompt invites you to choose between travelling to the past or fast-forwarding into the future. We want you to explain the reason behind your choice and make it interesting.

For example, I know some students may want to return to the past to correct mistakes (like me, I have made some mistakes that I wish I could relive the past and fix them, while making a new path for myself). For some, they want to relive beautiful memories or even warn their younger selves about certain decisions they shouldn't have taken. And then, we have those who choose to go to the future to see who they become, what career they end up in or whether the goals they are currently working on might be worth it in the end.

This is a freedom to express yourself emotionally, or even in a logical manner; you might want to play with words, too, that's all cool. Just share what your heart says or where it leads you.

You can follow these guides to help you come up with your write-up:

The past:

• Would you change something from the past, or do you want to relive it?
• Would you love to see someone from your past again? Why?

The future:

• What are you curious about visiting - your career? Relationships? Financial stability?
• Is it fear or the hopes you have that made you want to peek ahead?

Do you think it would be better to know the future or change the past? Or perhaps you're the person who wants to move on with your life, learn from the past and then work towards the future? Would that make your life easier or more complicated?
