What Would Make Hive Better? Let's Talk Onboarding And Earning.

Hello 👋 my lovely students and alumni.

So today's topic isn't really about school life or any stuff related to academic per-say but on "what would make Hive better", for me oooh I feel if not the earnings that have just drastically dropped down and then it's discouraging, I would say Hive is good to go but then nothing is just so perfect which is why we would be doing the surveying together and bringing out one or two facts that we think needs to be trashed out inorder to have a smooth running of activities on Hive Blockchain.

The number one issue I would be tackling if I had the power on Hive to, is to make entry process not that complicated, because for someone like me I always had this eagerness to learn how to onboard someone else but once I sit to want to learn it, just by mere seeing someone else onboarding I just lose interest, because mehnn that thing is not for the weak, so I feel like onboarding should be made simpler so that others can follow up with interested people too and with that we would have more interested participants as well, I feel like this is the complain of many others as well.

Also another thing I would want to improve on Hive If I have the powers to, is to work on the stipends and earnings we get as a reward from the votes and all of that, I feel like we humans always want something to push us or should I say encourage us to do a particular thing, for Instance at my working place, which is where I go to work during holidays that comes after a session, so at that working place on one fateful day like that we would closing for the day and we had alot to pack into the store, and we they females there don't carry all those heavy stuffs, we just leave it for a man to carry it and in that situation it was just one man that usually lifts all those stuffs.

At the process of carrying those heavy stuffs he now dared me to carry a full bag of rice that has already been opened inside the shop and that if I succeed in doing so he would get me coconut yogurt, and mind you the way up to the shop has three high jumps to get inside, omoh I didn't know when strength entered me that I lifted and dragged that bag inside the shop, but after taking it inside I was breathing fasts and really sweaty, the whole aim of this story is to show you what motivation does to humans, it makes you create interest where there's none, it makes you focus and it makes you committed, I believe with Hive can blossom more than it's present spark.
