Power of daily mindful routine

Surprisingly mindfulness is the key that has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety and improve focus. It can be incredibly helpful in so many ways and can be practised anywhere and anytime.

I don't think I can find the right words to describe how mindful my daily routine has caressed my soul and painted my days in hues of calm and contentment. However, words refuse to elude me. In the place I come from where the rhythm of daily life is an unspoken obligation, completing daily chores is a ritual and as essential as daily Sun even before your personal pursuits for the day come in. I often find myself feeling a little bit lazy, this must have contributed to my heaped chores.

Often, the weight of my daily routine feels as heavy as a burdened sky on the verge of a storm, threatening to collapse under its weight. I know I find it enjoyable most times but also find it hectic. I've questioned, in quiet moments, whether the world would crumble if I dared to stray from the structured path I've set. There are days when the temptation to surrender to a day of non daily routine is tantalising, like sinking into a feather-soft bed on a winter morning, cocooned in warmth and silence. The temptations of staying there, untouched by the demands of the world, are as strong as the pull of gravity, grounding me to the softness of my mattress.

Often, I find myself caught in the reverie of aging, hoping that with the passage of time, these mundane routines might somehow lose their grip on me, but Hey! One funny thing is that Your daily routine just can't get better but Worse! Each day unfurls with its own set of tasks, weaving into the fabric of my existence like threads of obligation. And let me tell you, these routines, far from easing, seem to only deepen their roots.

The weight of unattended chores is like a heavy quilt draped over my shoulders. It's as if the unfinished tasks exude a scent of urgency, filling the air with a palpable tension. Neglect them, and they don't just disappear; no, they accumulate like storm clouds on the horizon, promising a downpour of stress and chaos. They all pile up if you eventually leave them and Hell No! Procrastination is not the solution; it's a mirage, a temporary escape that leads to an even more suffocating reality. So, I press on, determined to face the challenge head-on, knowing that in the battle against time, only action can prevail.

I definitely don't believe in procrastination. It's either I get it done Now or Never, anyways, looking back at it isn't what I'm going to do.

Sometimes daily challenges can seem insurmountable, but mindfulness changes everything. Of course, it can be practiced and learned. I couldn't escape the loads of routines I have daily. I thought to myself one morning "What if I could remove the loads of work from my mind and put it down on paper sequentially." I actually think this is the best method for handling a predictable stressful day especially if you think 24 hours won't be enough for you to get the task done.

Now, wait a minute I'm suggesting a fun way you could ease yourself from putting stress in your daily routine and not only that but also get all your tasks done easily with little or no stress.

The first time I started this method I woke up to the gentle melody of my alarm clock. I lay there for a few stolen moments, relishing the quiet room bathed in the soft glow of morning. With a purposeful sigh, I turned my gaze to the neatly arranged reading decks. I rose from my blankets, my fingers eagerly reaching for the pen and paper that awaited on my bedside.

Flipping open the exercise book, I found myself at the last page, I wrote on the paper "Today's To do list" This marked the genesis of my miracle, a transformative moment where the fragments of my day were meticulously woven with strings of productivity. I wrote down everything I needed to do and added time frames to each task and also added even the very tiny bits of routine I thought wouldn't be necessary.

This trick has helped me to also remember the most important thing. I do think this method is so helpful for everyone whether an entrepreneur, stay at home mom, etc. It's as if I've discovered the secret alchemy of time, transforming ordinary moments into precious jewels of productivity. It helps me create an energy around each of my activities.

Hey, thoughtful daily! Here's my first post in this community. I'm a newbie tell if there's any mistake in my piece. Thanks for visiting!
