It's so funny how some women live a pretentious life, act all nice on the outside, but are evil inside. The same applies to men, too. No one is left out here. But seriously, it's so hard to know someone's heart; how wicked it is until you have them under your roof.
This lady was all nice while single, always acting like the wife material to win the man's heart, and to him, she proved to be a good wife and obtained the Lord's favour. The heart is indeed desperately wicked, and the Scripture even warns us not to be deceived by our hearts, or by what our feelings say, because they change.
The woman had an agenda. Because tell me how a woman would plan to be a good wife for months before getting married and then change instantly on the night of their wedding, it was very much obvious, and it surprised the husband. He wasn't bothered at first because he assumed his wife was stressed from the whole shenanigans of the wedding and would probably change.
But there was no sign of change. One. Two. Three... more than six years had passed, and still, no change. Eventually, the man became fed up. He was living in his own shadow with a nagging, narcissistic and psychopathic wife who was determined to ruin his life and reputation. The husband was an online financial adviser.
What would be said of a man who gives marriage and relationship advice online, but his home is chaotic? The man had been living and enduring the sufferings from his dear wife to the extent that everything happening was deliberately being done in the presence of their only son. She painted the man badly to the son and even went as far as poisoning his mind with how his dad used to beat her. Meanwhile, this man had never raised his hand on her.
He was the example of a kind man who was giving his wife grace to change someday, but it seems she had made up her mind and would see him to the end. He left his home one day to rest from the whole tension. Meanwhile, before that time, he had met a lady, a fan blogger of his. At first, one would think she was there to ruin their home, but no, she was an angel sent to the man.
It got to the point where the wife painted a negative picture of him online, faking a video of how the man had been abusing and beating her. Fortunately, the night they had this heated argument, the other lady, who was on a video call with the husband and didn't know he hadn't hung up when the wife slapped the man, saying the child wasn't his and all sorts of things.
That was the only evidence they had to prove the man's innocence, and they needed stronger evidence to convince people she was the devil here and not the man. Fortunately, again, after she had left the house with their son, the man pretended to apologise and bring her back home. Unknown to her, the whole scene was being recorded, and that was how he was vindicated and justice served properly.
I literally laughed when the wife of the husband's friend screamed, "Fear women". 😂 but seriously, shouldn't I fear my gender? The truth is, some women have painted every other woman as wicked and heartless, but amidst this, there are still kind women, just like this blogger who came as a saving angel in this man's life.
The moral of this movie is never to judge a book by its cover because many humans are like green snakes under green grass. Don't assume a woman or man is nice on the surface without checking the facts. Above all, it's important to have the Holy Spirit in you to help you discern the truth from the false. He is the Spirit of truth, but when we ignore Him, we fail, whether in our marriages, careers or even our spiritual life.
