I woke up yesterday with a sense of calm, certain that everything I had laid out the night before would be accomplished accordingly. My plans were clear, my goals mapped out, and I was ready to tackle the day. Yet, life has a way of reminding us that it operates outside the boundaries of our expectations.
I watched the day as it began smoothly, but soon enough, an unexpected turn came my way. It wasn't something I could dodge or postpone - it demanded immediate attention. At that moment, my plans seemed insignificant compared to the urgency before me. I had no choice but to change and face the challenge head-on.
By the end of it, I was weak, drained, and utterly spent. But as I sat down to think about everything, how the turn shifted, I realized there was a deeper lesson in the chaos of the day.
The first thing to note is that life is unpredictable and no amount of what we have already planned can protect us from the twists and turns that await. Yet, these unexpected and unplanned moments teach us resilience, adaptability and resourcefulness.
In every twist life throws our way, there is always a choice to be made. It's either we resist and wallow in frustration or we embrace the challenge with an open heart and a steadfast spirit - the latter was what I chose because it is in these moments of surrender - not to defeat, but to the flow of life that we find the strength to navigate our path.
Even when plans do not go as expected - when they fall apart, it's essential to embrace gratitude. Yesterday, I thanked God for the strength to get through, for the opportunity to grow, and for a reminder that I'm never truly in control. Sometimes, the unexpected isn't a disruption - it's an invitation to trust God more deeply, not to rely on our abilities or strengths, but on His guidance.
The day didn't go as I expected, but perhaps it went exactly as it was meant to. Still, I'm learning to appreciate these moments, to see the beauty in the unexpected and to recognise that every twist and turn in the journey has a purpose.
As we navigate life, may we find the courage to adapt, the grace to let go of our rigid plans, and most importantly, faith to trust that even the most unexpected situations are taking us to the exact place we are meant to be.

Holding gratitude ls a thing l do not let go while not minding the twist that we experienced ln our day.
Trusting God in most of our plans eliminate unnecessary failures.
Yea, exactly. Gratitude is always the key.
Alright.
Thank you
I understand clearly what you are trying to convey. Life is like the sea. One point it is calm and at another point it can become turbulent.
The courage to face life head on is what we need.
Hope you are good? !HUG

Yes, courage is what we need and I must tell you, this can only be found in Christ.
Yes, I'm fine now. Thank you ๐
Alright ๐ค๐บ
We lay out plans for how we wish our day to go, but fate determines how it will actually go. We can't change it. Even if we question it, we would be hitting a brick wall.
Having the strength and will to face and even overcome the twists of life calls for gratitude because there are some who fall along the way.
Yes oo. Fate does the work, we don't have a say in it and when it does, we hope it leads us in the right place we are meant to be. Thank you, ma.
Seeing every disappointment as a stepping stone rather than an obstacle leads to failure, nice words
Yea, you are so right. Thank you ๐
You most welcome๐
If unexpected turn of events happen, we can be frustrated and really get annoyed as the perfect plan was like sabotaged, but accepting it faster can give us much better result than if ee let our emotions got the best of it. And gratitude, yep, even with those turn of events, we should never forget this. At least in everything thay happened, there's ba lesson learned and of course, the experience can make us, you know, a little stronger.
Yes, we feel frustrated when things do not go as planned, that's life for us. With lots of twists and turns but with gratitude, we feel good. Experience in those moments give us strength and make us stronger.
Though it is not easy to understand that life is full of unexpected turns, it is equally brave to accept that fact and continue to live life instead of running in fear from obstacles that come our way.
Exactly. The best is to move on with life because no matter how hard we may try, we cannot change what life already has in stock for us. The best is to face them rather than running from them because that is where fear haunts us.
Life is uncertain and unpredictable. Only through persistence can we go through it without flinch
Exactly. We just have to brace up and face life with what it presents to us.
