STAYING GROUNDED WITH MUSIC AND A HOPEFUL MIND

Life sometimes, isn't fair at all. It isn't easy and it has so many ups and downs ranging from work issues, to relationship issues, heath issues and just living life generally. We all go through a lot each and everyday trying to live this life.

So many people are sad, sick, depressed, some have not even gotten to where they want to be and these can make them waver and go off balance throwing them at the edge of a cliff. There are just so many reasons to just be stressed.

In all we do and go through, we should always stay grounded. In other words, be calm in the midst of the storm and take full control of the situation knowing that it's going to get better.

Whenever life throws a lot at me, and it seems I can't handle it anymore, I listen to music in order to stay calm and relaxed.

LISTENING TO MUSIC

Listening to music helps me stay grounded and stay calm during times of stress and life hits hard. The melody of the songs calm my thoughts and lift my spirits. I take the opportunity to listen to the lyrics and be present in the moment and find comfort in the lyrics that speaks directly to my mind, body and soul and letting it be the driving force that keeps me grounded.

Music has the ability to transport my spirit and soul into a place of inner peace. Whenever life happens,I just go to my phone and open my favourite playlist and play the songs. I close my eyes, let go of external distraction and meditate and let the music guide me back.

Music has a healing power and I'm sure so many people would have an agreement regarding it. If you haven't, I think you should embrace music whenever you are going through a lot and see the wonder it does to the mind, soul and body.

There are no much things I do when I feel the world against me, I just choose to stay hopeful, listening to music and watch the storm pass to a better tomorrow. It's one thing to know what one's problem is, it's another thing to face the problem and tackle it. But there are times, we just have to sit back and relax our minds before we decide to face a problem, that is staying grounded.

I'm also a huge music fan and I'm already in the habit of having my earphones attached to my eyes all the time, even if I have no song playing on it.

Music is really therapeutic. I mean, 'some music'. Haha. Can't be all of them.

Music calms the soul. Listening to a cool music takes our mind away from that storm raging in our lives. It does lots of good to the mind and body which is why I embrace it tightly to ensure that I'm in a sane mind.
