WHY DO MEN SIT IN THEIR CARS FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE?

As this incident keeps on happening over and over again, I keep of wondering why men actually sit in their car for some minutes before heading into the home to see their wives and kids which the have left very early in the morning only to come back late at night and yet they are not still eager to go into the home.

A thought which I have spent several hours contemplating on what could possibly be the reason for this action, but I have found no justifying reason to it.

At first, I said to myself could it be that they have immediate work to do, and they all just decide to do it in their car before going into the home, then again if it had been an immediate work that needed urgent attention they could have done it in the office before leaving the home or could possibly hurry into the home so they could get more space, fresh air, and even happy and smiling faces to look at while doing the work. So, there is no way and immediate work could probably be the best reason for this action.

Moving to the next thoughtful reason, men use these few minutes in which they do sit in the car to think, one may tend to think this is probably right but is not the home which has more space, a calmer surrounding, soft and delicate bed, a meal to eat, so you could have enough energy to think about whatever is going through your head. This reason might be true for some, but I believe there is a far more and better reasons why men do sit in their car for 5 to 10 minutes before entering the home.

The need to go through the phone, we can all agree that most men are very busy and barely have to catch up on important messages on their emails, friends' group and even the things on social media after all who can resist the allure of dank memes and cat videos, so the few minutes spend on sitting in the car before entering the home could have been put in use to do all these things, but can they do all these things after having a cool bath and a warm nice and welcoming dinner or what better time is best to engage in the world of social media than your leisure time.

Escaping from the cries of babes and the nagging of the wife. If one says these are the things that is making him to spend some time in the care before going into the home. But one most consider that these acts are not only done by married men but also by the bachelors. well, I can say that any person who probably states such a reason for why he is taking some few times in the car did not do some deep work and thought before going into marriage for the cries and nagging of the wives are part of the things that makes marriage to be fun, for the cries of babies brings joy to both the mother and father.

After contemplating through all these thought for a long time, all of a sudden, somethings pop up on my head, the car needs to be properly parked, check and put in order, before it should be shut down and left alone, so I guess most men actually do check for the documents they need to take into the home, check if the car is in good condition, properly parked and properly locked before heading into the home.

What do I know about life, am just a young boy growing up and these are just my thought and opinions. Please if you do know the reason why most men sit in their car for 5 to 10 minutes before entering the home, please do well to give your answer and opinion on this matter.
