I woke up feeling uneasy today, I had no idea why I woke up feeling that way. I finally concluded that I was having Monday fever. The type you feel whenever you have to wake up early in the morning after having a beautiful weekend.
While I kept tossing and turning on my bed, I thought about a couple of things and instantly I felt happy.
I thought about how most of the things I prayed and yearned for are my reality today.
The unpredictability of life can be so funny. Most of us are living in our answered prayers and we don’t even know or notice. We get carried away by asking and wanting more and we forget that some of the things we wanted are evident in our lives already. When some of these things happen they are always subtle, very subtle that sometimes we forget they ever happened until we reflect on our lives and realize that they actually happened.
Sometimes we attribute these our little miracles to growth. We sort of believe that growing to a certain level comes with so many things but we forget how earnestly we prayed to have them and how they slowly began to materialize. We get carried away by searching for more things that we forget that our prayers are gradually being answered. Since we've raised the bar of our 'needs' often times, we do not consider some of our answered prayers as anything.
This post is geared toward achieving only one goal and that is believing that things will work out. Yes, I know it's easier said than done, Yes, I know all fingers are not equal but I want you to believe that things are going to work out, if not now but someday.
You know it's easier to believe the impossible than to believe the possible, right? I wish we all could muster the level of 'faith' we have in things not working out, to believing that things can work out, it would be great.
It might seem as though things aren't working or the waiting period seems too long, but be reassured that things will work out.
A simple trick that helps me sometimes is reflecting on all the good things I thought couldn't happen to me but did. It helps a lot and so helps to build your faith and keep you on course.

Hello

I’d be very grateful if you could vote for me in the poll, thank you so much🙏🏻
This touched me. Sometimes we’re too focused on the next thing that we forget to thank God for what we already have.
I can relate to living in answered prayers, this makes me always thankful because we did pray for these things and gratitude are a must when we finally get them. I really enjoyed reading your post, thanks for sharing.
Am greatful to God for the already answered prayers I didn't even take note of but instead asking for more. Thanks @ibbtammy
