RE: Winged Majesty: A Photographic Odyssey with the Great Cormorant

Cormorant has a prehistoric look, great at fishing the waterways and seashore, excellent collection of photography from observing and photographing.

Most definitely first photo with wings outstretched in drying before diving again, they are amazing to watch.

Thank you very much! Yes, I'm often impressed by them, flying by, or sitting there with outstretched wings. I'm pretty impressed by that particular photo as well indeed ;-)

What's a three-season bed?
One without a spring.

We have what we call coastal Cape cormorant and African darter more on rivers here although cormorant also seen up rivers or on pans of water, thanks for capturing the giant, is a beauty to behold when drying out those wings.
