pept.ca v7: POSI Begins

The PEPT Game Community website is now a Proof-of-Self-Improvement (POSI) gamification platform.

The idea behind POSI is simple: small, honest steps of self-improvement, recorded and rewarded over time. Building this website one update at a time is itself an example of POSI. Each version gets tested, reviewed and improved, and every release gets a post like this one so you can follow along.

• A new home page: the latest posts from The PEPT Game community with New / Trending / Hot sorting, plus live community stats.
• Read posts without leaving the site: click any post card to read the full post in a clean reader. When you want to upvote or comment, one click takes you to PeakD.
• Start Here: three paths into the PEPT economy:
  • Web1: Learn. Information only; no data is collected.
  • Web2: Advertise & Earn. The epaytraffic.com manual traffic exchange and its affiliate program.
  • Web3: Own & Collaborate. Create a free Hive account and join The PEPT Game community.
• Surfing: browse community posts one at a time. This page will grow into our blog-surfing experience.

Your clicks are now part of the game

pept.ca now keeps simple, anonymous counts of activity on the site: which pages are visited, which posts are opened, and which links are clicked. No login is required and no personal information is collected.

These activity counts are the first building block of POSI mining. Here is the direction we're heading (details may change as we build):

1. Activity mines Doré. Doré is the raw, unrefined output of your activity, the same way a mine produces doré before it is refined.
2. Doré refines into EPAY. Rewards are not 1:1. How much EPAY your Doré refines into depends on:
   • the achievements you have earned
   • the PEPTide tokens you hold
   • the TooFuckeh tokens you stake
3. Grow yourself, improve your rate. The more you show up, learn and contribute, the better your conversion becomes.

This follows the same mine-and-refine model as epayminer.ca, now extended to activity across the PEPT ecosystem.

Where pept.ca is going

pept.ca is an evolving interface for PEPT players. Think of it as a simple alternative to a full Hive front end like PeakD, focused on minimum effort for maximum return when you interact on Hive and on PEPT partner sites.

We're also building productivity tools as part of the POSI journey, to help players (and the people running the game) spend less time on busywork and more time on what moves them forward.
