Today, since it’s the rainy season, I’m craving rice porridge specifically an arozcaldo style. So,I’m cooking some so that my husband and our toddler, Baby Naiah, can have a taste too hehe☺️ hello everyone especially to the active members of @hivefood community it's me again @clarabels Happy Tuesday everyone How are you this wonderful Tuesday I hope you are all doing well and for todays food blog I'm thrilled to share with you all about my simple yet affordable recipe about rice porridge de arozcaldo style without further Ado let's go ☺️
These are the ingredients:
The first thing to prepare is the rice. This rice comes from our own harvest in our rice fields just last week☺️. I really prefer eating purely organic food so that our little family can get more nutrients, and also to help prevent illnesses that might arise from consuming food containing chemicals, which can be harmful to our bodies.

Next, prepare the aromatics 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 minced onion, and chopped spring onions. Let’s also add 1 Knorr beef flavored cube.

After preparing the ingredients,
add a little olive oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the 3/4 chicken breast, this helps prevent it from overcooking or drying out too quickly. Stir well until the chicken becomes tender.

when it's done, add the other ingredients, onion, garlic, ginger, and saute with the chicken breast stir it well and add a cup of water

Simmer for 3 minutes, once the water is boiling, add a cup of rice, stir everything together, and cover.

after 2 minutes, add the minced spring onions, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper mix it well.

Once everything is mixed, add one Knorr beef flavored cube as a final touch and stir well. If the mixture becomes too dry, you can add another quarter cup of hot water to keep the rice porridge from drying out🙂.

After stirring for 3 minutes, the cooked rice porridge is ready to serve. This serving size is enough for 3 to 4 people and This recipe is perfect for those with sensitive stomachs, as well as for individuals who are hyperactive or have high blood pressure.

And that's it for today's food blog, Thank you so much for taking time reading my humble blog 😊 This means a lot to me and see you on my next food blog😊 bye.
