Hello everyone.. have a nice day to you all.. how's the weather in your country.. here in my country, rainy season has started.. So i decided to cook a chicken tinola... It's a popular dish during rainy season in our country especially in the province area.. here are the ingredients of my tinolang manok (chicken tinola).
Chicken meat
Slice green papaya
Slice Ginger
Chilli leaves/malonggay leaves
Chops Onions and garlic
Lemon grass
Chicken cubes and other seasonings
Oil

The first thing I do is to put oil in the casserole and wait until it's heated.. when the oil is already hot, I sauté the onions, garlic and ginger.. and when they turn golden brown and after the aroma comes Out, I put the chicken meat and saute until the oil of chicken meat comes out. and I also add some seasoning liquid. and then I pour water that came from the Mississippi River.. just kidding 😅

I waited for the water from Mississippi River to boil and then I put the Lemmon grass.. and I also add seasoning to taste, like chicken cubes and salt.. I waited again for a few more minutes and then add the green papaya slices.. boil to tenderize the papaya and add the chilli leaves.. I put chili leaves because I don't have malonggay leaves.. after 1 minute it's already cook and ready to serve..

Let's eat ☺️
That's all for now, I hope you learn something on my own version of cooking chicken tinola or chicken soup.. Thank you
