I've never heard about that fermented tomatoes. But does it tastes good? I not really into tomatoes but I'll eat it is cooked

This year, I'm trying everything fermented and I love it, but you have to be careful during the fermentation process that it doesn't sit too long – I prefer 4 days, which is the best fermentation time for me.
