The layout also didn't like, unless you are showing slides etc I like this type of configuration with small screen of the speakers! Here we have only the topics hehe but only one constant figure , the art work.
In general it was good, I like that you guys exposed a brief of what we will expect =)

To be honest, we made our heads so small because the quality of our webcams is quite bad and when small it's not so visible. But it's not really a solution either at the moment. We will need to come up with something a bit better :-)
