Grateful for a PASSING SCORE!
Last week, I took the licensing exam and scored 75%, just one point away from the 76% required to pass. It was a disappointment, since I had been studying for over a week.
I rescheduled my test and paid the fee. I did practice test after practice test after practice test. The 200 question test, the 150 question test, the 100 TIMED simulator. I score 88 - 90% each time, way over the minimum 76% passing score.
Today Was the Big Day
Drove over to the exam center and parked. I was running a bit behind, so I skipped the elevator and sprinted up three flights of stairs and hurried through the halls to the exam location.
I knew the procedure, the forms, the security. I wasted no time and got started on the test. The very first question... I had no clue what to answer. I thought for sure, I was in very big trouble.
I couldn't take any photos because of security, but this is a sample question from the simulated online test.
But I continued with the timed test. 110 questions in 120 minutes. All multiple choice. I spend about 45 seconds per question and I finished the test with 20 minutes to spare. I went back and reviewed my bookmarked questions and I changed a few answers.
Once there was 2 minutes left, I exit the test to see the results...
What an amzing relief! This phase of my new career is over, now on to the next!

Congratulations on passing the test! Wow 110 questions is so much, I had to only answer 40 questions in my country (Although they were a bit more complex questions).

Only about a minute per question. The two hours go by much faster than I expected, the test kept my brain very engaged for that whole time. I'm thankful they were all 4 answer multiple choice. !BBH

Thank you, yes this is the continuation of the previous ironshield account. It was very the single biggest financial loss of my entire life. But the community has really come together in support and I am very grateful. As I've pointed out in other posts, the fingerprints of the Most High are all over this event and I will glorify His great name over this and remain grateful for all that there is to be grateful for.... which is a lot!
